Returns and exchanges

We very much hope that you are happy with your JOTTRR delivery. All notebooks are inspected before being dispatched, but in the unlikely event that your notebook is faulty, please return it to the address below for a refund or exchange.

If you are not happy with your order for whatever reason where there is not a fault, we will also offer a refund, but it must be returned within 21 days of placing your order with no packaging removed (such as the clear plastic wrap) and not damaged. The notebook must be in 'as new' condition.

Postage charges can only be refunded where notebooks are retuned due to a fault.

Please make returns in suitable packaging to ensure notebooks are not damaged. Please also enclose your name, postal address and email address to allow us to process your exchange or refund. Items are your responsibility until received by us, so we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.

If in the unlikely event that your order is out of stock, you will be contacted and given the option of waiting for new stock to arrive before receiving your order or cancelling your order.

Postage charges

For particularly large orders, additional postage costs may apply. In this case, you will be notified of the exact costs before any payment is taken.
